Plus shows each session for 90 days after it is saved. Older telemetry is archived and hidden, not deleted because of its age; moving from Plus to Ultra restores it. The clock does not start when you cancel. Deleting your account removes your telemetry rather than holding it for a future subscription.

Questions, answered
Can I pay monthly?
No. Plus and Ultra are billed yearly only. You change plans from the billing area inside Braking Lab; the Stripe Customer Portal only handles payment methods, billing details, and invoices.
Do team members need their own subscriptions?
Only the team owner needs Ultra. A team seat gives the member Capture, Lap Analysis, Track Notes, Setup Coaching and unlimited AI reports, with 30 days of telemetry history and up to 500 stored laps. A seat does not include Setups (beta), priority support or creating a team of their own. Members can add Plus or Ultra on top if they want those personal features — and when they do, the owner's seat for that member becomes free at the next renewal (see the seat-pricing question below).
How much does a team seat cost the owner?
Each seat is priced by the member's own plan: free if the member has Plus or Ultra, €30/yr if the member is on Basic/Free. The price is locked when the member is added (or at the owner's anniversary) and only re-evaluates at the next yearly renewal — mid-cycle tier changes don't affect the bill until then. Founding Members keep their founding free seats: those stay free for as long as each member keeps their seat.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Existing data stays. New uploads honor the new tier limits and retention window. Telemetry older than your tier's retention is soft-archived, not deleted.
Refunds and taxes?
14-day money-back on the first paid subscription and a Plus-to-Ultra upgrade made within that same original window (not renewals or team seats — see Terms §16). Listed prices are net of VAT; Stripe calculates and adds the applicable tax at checkout based on your jurisdiction, and EU businesses with a valid VAT ID get reverse-charge treatment.
