# Introduction to Telemetry Analysis

> Overview of the telemetry analysis tools available in Braking Lab to improve your driving.

**Telemetry Analysis** in Braking Lab turns your raw iRacing and Le Mans Ultimate data into actionable insights. Once your laps are synced from [Capture](/en/docs/capture/introduction), you can analyze every braking zone, compare laps, and track your progress over time.

## What Can You Analyze?

Braking Lab provides a complete suite of analysis tools:

| Tool | What It Does |
|------|-------------|
| [Sessions & Laps](/en/docs/telemetry/sessions-laps) | Browse all your sessions, filter by track and car, dive into individual laps |
| [Braking Zones](/en/docs/telemetry/braking-zones) | See exactly where and how you brake into every corner |
| [Track Maps](/en/docs/telemetry/track-maps) | Visualize your racing line on GPS satellite maps |
| [Lap Comparison](/en/docs/telemetry/lap-comparison) | Compare laps side by side to find time |
| [Scoreboard](/en/docs/telemetry/scoreboard) | Rank your laps and track personal bests |

2. **Drive a session** — Complete at least one lap in iRacing or Le Mans Ultimate
3. **Open Telemetry** — Navigate to the Telemetry section in the web app
4. **Explore your data** — Your sessions and laps appear automatically
