# My Laps

> Manage your imported telemetry laps with filtering, detailed analysis, and one-click exercise generation.

My Laps is your personal telemetry library, where you can view, organize, and analyze all the laps you've imported from [Braking Lab Capture](/en/docs/capture/introduction), Garage61, or other sources. From here, you can generate exercises from any braking zone with a single click.

### Gallery Views

Switch between views based on your preference:

**Grid View**
- Visual cards with track/car images
- Quick scanning of lap collection
- Best for browsing

**List View**
- Compact row format
- More laps visible at once
- Best for searching specific laps

## Filtering and Sorting

### Filter Options

Find specific laps quickly:

| Filter | Description |

- Date

## Lap Details

### Expanded View

Click any lap card to expand and see detailed information:

**Overview Tab**
- Full lap time breakdown
- Session context (qualifying, race, practice)
- Weather conditions (if available)
- Setup notes

**Telemetry Tab**
- Interactive lap telemetry chart
- Brake, throttle, and speed traces
- Zoom and pan to explore

### Braking Zone Cards

Each braking zone shows:

| Metric | Description |
|--------|-------------|
| Zone Number | Corner/braking zone identifier |
| Entry Speed | Speed at brake application |
| Peak Pressure | Maximum brake pressure reached |
| Duration | Time from brake-on to brake-off |
| Trail Score | Trail braking quality score (0-100) |
| Exit Speed | Speed at corner exit |

### Trail Braking Score

The trail braking score is calculated using:

- **70% Release Smoothness** - How gradually you release the brake
- **30% Peak Hold Duration** - How well you maintain initial pressure

A higher score indicates better trail braking technique.
